Christian EducationWe offer Sunday School opportunities for all ages, nursery through adult.
The Library is a media center with an excess of 1,000 books. The books are color coded by subject for easier access. Our reference section contains numerous volumes and is an outstanding study resource. The Lutheran Church Youth (LCY) of Incarnation is an active group of young people, grades 6 through 12, who enjoy fellowship with other youth and serve their congregation and community. There are activities for having fun, social gatherings, educational programs, worship, and community service. Overnight and weekend trips include opportunities such as camping, snow skiing, youth rallies, lock-ins, and retreats. The youth gather on Sundays at 12:15 PM for lunch followed by their weekly meeting at 1 PM. The purpose of the Child Development Center is to provide a Christian atmosphere for children to develop their fullest potential in a positive environment. We offer two programs: a Preschool program and an After School program. Our preschool is offered to children 6 weeks to 4 years of age. Preschool hours are 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Extended care is available 7:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Children in the Infant/Toddler, two-, and three-year-old classes may attend 3 or 5 days a week. Four-year-olds attend 5 days a week. Our After School Program provides children in 5K through 5th grades a pick-up service from local schools and structured activities for afternoon care. This program is 5 days a week, 2:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Full-day care is available on most teacher workdays. If you are interested in our program or have any questions, please call 803-256-7456. Wonderful Wednesdays are weekly intergenerational events that include worship, fellowship, learning, and delicious meals!
