Incarnation has an active group of volunteers who devote hours of time and tons of Christian love to making Incarnation and our community a better place to live. Our members serve on Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary Committees, South Carolina Synod Committees, help with Meals on Wheels, assist with the Washington Street Soup Kitchen, visit our home bound or nursing home members, and serve on various community agency boards.

Since the late 1960s, Incarnation has had a sewing group that makes quilts during weekly meetings at the church. Each year, 30 - 40 quilts are distributed locally to such places as The Lowman Home and globally through Lutheran World Relief. Material for the quilts comes from donations; additional expenses are covered by the church.
