During the year 2000, Incarnation initiated a self-study to develop a vision statement that would guide our ministry for the next 3 to 5 years. The study included a congregational survey and a day-long event that included opportunity for small-group and large-group input. With the assistance of Luther Kramer from the Alban Institute, a Vision 2000 statement was written by the Vision 2000 Team and adopted by the congregation on October 22, 2000.
