Vacation Bible School (July July 14-19, 2002)


Visitors to Zion's Vacation Bible School will include Clyde the Camel, who will be give rides on the opening day.
The sights and sounds of the Big Top will come to downtown Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14th, as Zion Lutheran Church will kick off their Vacation Bible School.

On the opening day, Zion will close off Ludlow street and set up a circus, which will feature camel rides, a petting zoo, and even a few clowns.

Vacation Bible School will continue from Monday July 15th - Friday July 19th beginning with dinner at 6:00 p.m. and followed by Bible studies, games, and activities. All children ages K-6 are welcome to join in the fun.

This year's theme is "With God, all things are possible."

Zion Members! Help!
Vacation Bible School can't happen without your help! Can you: Contribute any of these supplies:
  • Coffee cans (1 or 3 lb. sizes)
  • Bags of rubber bands
  • Old usable paint brushes
  • Wooden popsickle sticks
  • Shoe strings
Also, the Women of Zion will be supporting VBS by providing dinner. They need a few women each night ot help cook, serve and clean up from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. If interested in helping, please contact Robin Kaelin, Karen Smith, or Lori Rehm.
